Carcassonne 3,1 Messenger and Mayors expansion 5

The latest version of the expansion has tiles with curved corners like the latest main game, also the graphics ont he tile is slightly updated and a few tiles have changed for example one now has a river.  Townhalls replace Abbeys. Messnegers replaace wagons.  Scarecrows relpace Barns.

It includes 12 land tiles, one of them a river tile, and 6 town hall tiles. All in all, this expansion introduces the following new elements:
