Swap Plays for Draws Fluxx Promo card

This is a New Rule that you can use in any Fluxx deck. It says, "At any point during your turn, you may decide to play no more cards and instead draw as many cards as you have remaining to play. (If Play All, draw as many cards as you hold.)"
