When returning please include the order number (starting SR) either on the packaging or a note inside, so we can easily work out what order is being returned.
We can then issue you a coupon code towards something else (or if needs be a refund). We aim to deal with returns within 48 hours of arrival. The value will be the cost of that product. Standard postage will only be included if you are returning the whole order.
